Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mi Boutique. Each order is carefully prepared and packed. I hope you love your purchase, but if something is not quite right, the information below explains how returns and refunds work.
Change-of-Mind Returns for Online Orders
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
To cancel your order, please contact us within this 14-day period by emailing hello@miboutique.co.uk. Please include your name and order number so that we can help process your return promptly.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you must send the item back within a further 14 days.
Please contact us before posting your return so that we can provide the correct return address and help your return reach us safely. This does not affect your legal right to cancel your order.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect your item as you would reasonably be able to inspect it in a shop.
Please take care of the item while it is in your possession. Where possible, please return it with its original packaging.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. This may include items returned with signs of wear, marks, damage, perfume, hair products or other evidence of use.
Removing ordinary postal packaging or carefully inspecting the item will not, by itself, affect your right to return it.
Items That Cannot Be Returned for a Change of Mind
The right to cancel does not apply to:
A handmade item is not treated as personalised or custom-made simply because it was prepared after you placed your order. This exclusion only applies where an item has been made or altered specifically for you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Return Postage for Change-of-Mind Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item if you have changed your mind.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage. This will help protect you if the parcel is delayed or lost in transit.
Refunds for Change-of-Mind Returns
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.
Your refund will be made using your original payment method.
Where applicable, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are dealt with separately from change-of-mind returns. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, Mi Boutique will cover the reasonable cost of returning it where a return is required.
Exchanges
As Mi Boutique creates handmade pieces in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that an exchange will be available.
Please contact us at hello@miboutique.co.ukand we will let you know what options are available. Where an exchange is not possible, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
