UK Delivery
We currently offer standard checkout delivery to UK addresses only.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery as a standard option at checkout.

Please let us know which items you would like to order and the country they will be sent to. We will let you know whether delivery is available and provide a delivery quote and estimated timeframe.
International delivery will only be arranged once the quote has been agreed and payment has been received.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges in the destination country. These charges are not included in our delivery quote unless we tell you otherwise and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Options
The delivery timeframe shown at checkout includes the time needed to prepare, pack and send your order.
Standard Delivery: We aim for your order to arrive within 2–3 working days.
Express Delivery: We aim for your order to arrive within 1–2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed after 1pm will be treated as having been placed on the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will also be treated as having been placed on the next working day.
Handmade and Small-Batch Items
Most items available on our website are ready to send or can be prepared promptly within our usual delivery timeframe.
Occasionally, an item may require additional preparation time. Where this applies, the additional timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page before you place your order.
Any additional preparation time stated on the product page will apply before the standard or express delivery timeframe begins.
If your order includes more than one item, we will usually send the complete order together once all items are ready.
Delivery Delays
We aim to prepare and dispatch your order promptly. However, delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to postal or courier services, busy periods, seasonal launches, Christmas, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.
